Integrated Information Space Development as a Way to Improve the Pharmaceutical Company Procurement Process

The aim of the graduation qualification work is to develop a integrated information space in the process of supplying a pharmaceutical company, which allows you to coordinate relationships between participants in the supply chain, minimize the number of intermediaries and increase the level of efficiency in the supply chain. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: 1. To analyze the features of the economic and logistic activities of the company "GlaxoSmithKline Healthcare"; 2. Explore existing information platforms for supply chain participants; 3. Consider the conditions for creating a integrated information space in conjunction with the national platform MDLP and IDMP Standards in the supply process; 4. Describe the procedure for introducing MDLP into the technology - Blockchain; 5. Justify the assessment of the effectiveness of the interaction of participants in the supply chain after creating a integrated information space.   The result of the graduation qualification work is the creation of a integrated information space based on technology - Blockchain, with IDMP Standards and the national platform MDLP. With this solution, the following will be achieved: • Improving the speed of deliveries; • Optimization of inventory levels; • Decrease in the level of the bureaucratic apparatus due to the introduction of “smart contracts”; • Minimization of tax and customs declarations.
