Sports Development in The Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation Based on Private Business Projects

The master's thesis explores the interaction of the state and private businesses when creating projects in the sports field. The paper gives a description of public-private partnerships in the sports industry, as well as evaluates the economic potential and dynamics of the market for private projects in the regions. Particular attention is paid to the topic of creating a new project, as a tool for the development of sports in a particular region. In the practical part of the dissertation, a business plan for the project was developed, and the possibilities for financing it were described. The dissertation may be useful for both sides of public-private partnerships in the field of physical education and sports, as well as for private investors.
