Investigation Crimes in Field of Economics

This paper attempts to consider the specifics of the composition of economic crimes in Criminal Law and the problems associated with them. At the same time, key problems will be highlighted related to the procedure for investigating crimes in particular, as well as the entire criminal process in general.
