Development of an Assortment of Clothes for Monobrand

Theme: “Development of an assortment of clothes for a monobrand.” Final qualification work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references, applications. The introduction justifies the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the goal and objectives of the study. The first chapter presents theoretical material on the theme of assortment. Defined with such concepts as “Assortment strategy”, “Assortment policy”, “Commodity matrix”, etc. The second chapter of the dissertation consists of an analysis of brands that have a similar price category, but different stages of development. Assortment matrices for the brands under analysis were collected by items: groups, types of assortment, name, model, composition, sizes, colors, price. Then, a comparative analysis of prices and the number of proposed models in each group was made. Also drew attention to the composition, size range and colors of the analyzed brands. The third chapter presents the assortment development structure for a single brand. It is described what it is worth paying attention to, what to consider during development, how to determine the number of manufactured goods and other items important for the development of the assortment. In conclusion, the main findings of the study are presented. The total workload is 112 pages.
