GR (Government Relations) Methodologies for Promoting Distance Education Services in Regions of Russian Federations

The project studies is based on the results of a structural and functional analysis of the distance education system for schoolchildren of the Russian Federation and on a description of possible forms of public-private partnership to address priority socially significant tasks according to the national project "Education". The result of the project studies is the developed methodology for promoting distance education services in the regions of the Russian Federation based on GR technology (Government relations). The study provides quantitative and qualitative indicators for measure the effectiveness of a methodology based on the results of its testing.
