The Use of Expert Information in the Business Planning of Complex Projects

The aim of this work is to optimize the planning of IT projects in the company using methods for solving multicriteria problems and using expert analysis to evaluate the work of the project. Existing approaches to project planning were considered, methods for expert data collection and methods for finding a group opinion of experts were described. The importance of quality criteria and cost reduction was assessed. The optimal distribution of teams to work using methods for solving multi-criteria problems is constructed.
