This work is a study on the applicability of the architectural approach and the tools of enterprise architecture to create clusters, and implementing the cluster policy of museums. First, there is a justification of the relevance of the work due to the fact that museums do not keep pace with the technological process and the rhythm of life, and therefore are doomed to oblivion. But if we consider the museum as an enterprise, then it can be broken even, economically this was proved by concrete examples of tourist clusters. Having made a review of the main methodologies of enterprise architecture, a choice was made towards Archimate and with its help the architecture of a typical Museum in the initial state and in the desired state was described. We also reviewed the best practices of tourist clusters in the Russian Federation and built the architecture of the Tourism Cluster, led by the museum. Based on these concepts, the practice was carried out together with the museum in B. Boldino and investments in the museum were received for further implementation.
