The Efficiency Increase of the Company in the Field of Software Inconsistencies

The main purpose of the qualification work is to develop a tool for reactive management of nonconformities. This tool is necessary for classifying software inconsistencies in the system, identifying the causes of occurrence and avoiding repetitions. This master's dissertation includes introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of references and applications. The introduction gives information about the relevance of the selected topic, the purpose and objectives of the study. The first chapter outlines theoretical issues related to the description of quality management. The second chapter sets out issues related to the analysis of the non-compliance management system of «OTR 2000» LLC. The method of reactive control was defined. 8D and PDCA mismatch control algorithms were investigated. The third chapter describes the implementation of an information processing tool. In conclusion, the author summarizes the study and formulates conclusions related to the management of non-conformities. The master's dissertation contains 93 pages, 11 figures, 2 tables and 2 applications.
