Proposal to Develop a Unified Planned Hospitalization System for Adults

Purpose of this work is present the analysis data of the planned hospitalization process in Moscow medical organization. Based on the research results, a proposal was made to create a unified planned hospitalization system for adults with established diagnosis. Practical recommendations for improving of the planned hospitalization process are related to empowerment of the Uniform Medical Information and Analytical System (EMIAS, Moscow), formalization of the relationship between the clinic and the hospital to monitor at each stage of the planned hospitalization process, developed by clinical guidelines for doctors. This offer is applicable for work in all Moscow hospitals.
