Creating the IT infrastructure of an online Academy for business owners. I chose the Federal chain of barbershops BORODACH, which has 200 + franchisee partners throughout Russia. Partners and their employees must be trained in the company's standards, as well as promptly notified of innovations. This work is devoted to the practical implementation of the corporate online Academy in the current business, the prerequisites for this were three things: 1. widespread digitalization 2. Evolution of knowledge management 3. Generation Z, represented by employees. At the beginning of the work, the hypothesis was put that the introduction of an online Academy will give a strong competitive advantage for the company and as a result will lead to an increase in revenue, due to better training of employees. The hypothesis was confirmed. The work contains confidential data and is not allowed to be published in the public domain.
