Evgeni Maksimovich Primakov — the scale of his personality, which we are only beginning to understand in full measure only now in many ways, determines the interest that has arisen in the intellectual heritage of the politician — which seems to be very extensive; it should be noted that in his works Primakov repeatedly returns to the Soviet past in his works of the modern period - therefore, it seems to me important to show what the Soviet past meant to him: his - and the countries, since this is important for understanding his worldview.
