Development of Recommendations on Support of Internal Projects of the Company

The work is devoted to the preparation of recommendations on the support of internal projects of the industrial enterprise. The first chapter deals with the basic methodologies and standards of project management. The second chapter describes the complex characteristics of the company, as well as designed models of "AS IS" and "TO BE" processes of internal project management using BPMN notation and designed templates of project documents. The third chapter is devoted to the formation of a register of requirements to the project management system, as well as an analysis of the market of project management systems and choice of the most relevant for the industrial organization. Keywords of the graduate qualification work: project management processes, internal projects, project activity, project management standards, project management methodologies.
