This work is devoted to the study of acceleration programs that implement short-term programs (3-6 months) for the intensive development of technology companies through mentoring, training, financial and expert support. The development of innovative infrastructure is the most important priority of state policy: it creates the conditions for breakthrough scientific, technological and socio-economic development, development and implementation of effective high-tech solutions, the emergence of cross-industry companies - national champions, the growth of innovative activity, which generally leads to an increase competitiveness, fastens and integrates the Russian innovation system into the global market space. The aim of the study is to develop guidelines for improving the efficiency of the city accelerator as an object of innovative infrastructure. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the following tasks are identified: - to conduct a comparative analysis of international and Russian acceleration programs in terms of their constituent elements and principles of work; - to study and synthesize the main trends in the development of accelerators in Russian and world practice; - to identify a number of problems affecting the efficiency of the accelerators, in particular, the example of the program "Moscow Accelerator"; - to formulate methodological recommendations that contribute to the improvement of urban acceleration programs and other programs with a similar work model; The object of study is the urban accelerator, as an object of innovative infrastructure. The subject of the study is the problems of implementing acceleration programs. Theoretical and methodological basis of work. The research methods used in the study of the topic include theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis of data from the literature in order to study the object of study, as well as a practical method of comparison, quantitative and graphical analysis. The theoretical significance of the work is to summarize current global trends in the development of accelerators and growth programs for technological projects; generalization and systematization of domestic and foreign experience in implementing acceleration programs, including determining the main features and success factors of support programs and the development of technological entrepreneurship; The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for improving the work of the city accelerator according to the partnership model between the city and the commercial sector.
