The relevance of improving the TRL methodology is due to the following factors: 1.The current Corporation methodology TRL does not take into account that some processes can occur in parallel; not regulated for the standardization of new products (no sales, if the metal is not included in the regulatory documentation);2. The balance between the methodical and soroterapico new product;3. Not take into account the specific methods for coated rolled steel and long steel;4. It does not take into account the specifics of the methodology for new products that require the implementation of investment measures, interaction with the "new technologies"branch.Goal – Development of a methodological approach to improve the TRL methodology. Work tasks:1. Literature review of the best methods currently available 2.Identify and characterize the problems of applying this TRL 3 methodology.Identify weaknesses in the TRL4 methodology. Development of regulations for the implementation of this methodological approach 5.Approbation of the methodological approach in the professional community. Object of research : PAO "Severstal".•The subject of the research is a set of measures and tools for prioritizing innovative projects based on the TRL methodology.The result of the work is the approach and acceptance of the regulations for consideration in PJSC Severstal. Research methods used in the work: (where did I get the data from):•theoretical:review and analysis of scientific literature;•practical:expert assessments, interviews, a round table with ROSAT and two meetings.
