Organization of an Online Platform for Finding Career Opportunities for Students

In the context of the constant struggle for the best personnel, the company does not have enough ready-made specialists in the labor market, so they are engaged in the cultivation of local, young specialists. As a result of this strategy, a self-sufficient professional was found who gained experience and mastered skills relevant to this particular employer. Young professionals are often the engines of innovative and new ideas for business. Modern companies are all scalable, designed for talent. Over the next few years, the process of finding suitable candidates will become 4 times more complicated. Competition is growing, and tools remain unchanged, according to employers. In this project work, we formulated a solution that should be focused on current trends (individual approach to each).
