The Impact of Corporate Governance on Reputation Ratings and Company Performance

The issue of corporate governance in Russia is an important topic at the moment. This is due to the fact that organizations are looking for various ways to increase their productivity, one of which is the creation of an optimal corporate governance structure. In this regard, there was a need to assess the impact of corporate governance characteristics of Russian companies on the performance of enterprises and their reputation rating, as well as to understand which of them are the most significant. Data was collected for Russian large business firms. The analysis was carried out using the method of logistic regression. As a result, the positive impact of ethnic and gender diversity of the composition of the board of directors on the effectiveness of companies and their reputation rating was revealed.
