Employee engagement has become an important topic of discussion over the past few years. Researchers from all over the world note the increasing importance of these factors for the overall performance of the company. However, despite the evidence of high efficiency of it, not many companies around the world recognize its importance. For Russia, the problem of employee engagement is even more acute, since very little research on this topic has been conducted in the country. Studying the topic of employee engagement in our country can help companies take their profits to a new level, using the experience of working in Western companies. The main focus of this research is methods of adapting foreign employee engagement practices for Russian companies. Despite the proven effectiveness of Western methods, many of them lose it if the wrong approach to their adaptation is taken. This work, supported by the analysis of modern theoretical sources, is an analysis of the system of adaptation of employee engagement methods in Raiffeisenbank and the perception of these methods by employees. At the end of the work, practical management recommendations were given to improve the adaptation process, which can be used in other organizations.
