Integration of Perf Events for Query Performance Metrics in ClickHouse

When using a database for storing and retrieving data is not an option, but the only way to operate on large sets of data, looking for the best possible performance you can get from the database is a common practice. The end users utilize the hardware features of their systems and use some integrated, their own or third-party software to profile the database’s queries and inner tasks and get this performance. Although, this can be enough to get a picture of what is going wrong, integrating performance metrics right into the database could reduce the time spent on looking for the specific software for performance monitoring.
