Legal Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity of Religious Organizations

The master's thesis explores the main features of civil regulation of entrepreneurial activity of religious organizations. The paper describes the religious organizations as subjects of civil law. The author examines the historical aspects of the development of entrepreneurship of religious organizations in Russia, conducts a comparative analysis of the legal regulation of this institution in Russia and abroad. The dissertation can be used by students and undergraduates of higher educational institutions in the disciplines of "Civil Law", "Entrepreneurial Law", "History of the Russian State and Law", as well as for advanced training of leaders, lawyers of religious organizations. Key words: entrepreneurial activity of religious organizations; state registration of religious organizations; civil legal capacity; property; forms of entrepreneurial activity; legal regime of property of religious organizations.
