Sanofi-groups Adherence to Corporate Social Responsibility on the Russian Market

Pharmacology has always been a sensitive industry towards the social, economic and ecological standards in terms of being close to healthcare system. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a major part of the company’s image that influences the way customers and potential partners see the company within the industry. However, there were a few authors that conducted a research on the peculiarities of such corporate policies in Russia. This paper is intended to study the main factors and conditions of maintaining superior CSR policy and company's adherence to it. It is an attempt to develop the recommendations for the Russian pharmacology market in the field of CSR by the example of Sanofi Group. To complete the research the qualitative analysis of established corporate policies and in-depth interview with company's representative will be conducted.
