Improving the Efficiency of Logistics of Transportation of Petrochemical Products in the SIBUR Company

Today, the efficiency of transportation of company's products is one of the factors of success on the market, and this factor plays a special role for large vertically integrated manufacturing companies. The effectiveness of logistics in manufacturing companies directly affects the efficiency of production, the company's revenue and its costs. In companies with vertically integrated production, enterprises depend on raw materials and supplies from other companies' enterprises, so any failures or inefficient use of logistics capacity has a greater effect. The object of this work is the logistics of transporting petrochemical products of PJSC SIBUR between the holding companies and customers. The subject of this work is the possibility of improving the efficiency of transportation logistics. The purpose of the work is to develop and introduce measures to improve the logistics of transporting petrochemical products in the company of PJSC SIBUR. Main tasks of this work: * Study of the activities of PJSC SIBUR, including the main business processes of the company, product features, financial position, current strategy of the company and current market position * Analysis of the company's logistics activities, including transportation between the PJSC plants and the company's clients * Identify the main problem areas that can be optimized to improve the efficiency of transportation logistics * Study of theoretical materials related to optimization of transportation processes * Use of various models and methods to optimize transportation logistics in order to increase efficiency and reduce transportation costs. * Economic justification of the proposed solutions
