Strategic Alliances as Global Strategy Instrument

With the constant development of globalization and internationalization of companies, the level of competition in international markets is rapidly increasing. This leads to the fact that the company has an urgent need to develop competitive advantages, allowing it to occupy a leading position in international markets. One way to implement a company's global strategy is through strategic alliances. The goal of this study is to indicate a correlation between the characteristics of different industries and the types of alliances used The scientific novelty of the work is due to the analysis of recently concluded alliances of leading industry companies by market capitalization, which will serve as a basis for further research on the industry specifics of choosing the type of alliance and subsequent studies aimed at identifying the relationship between the industry of the company and the type of alliances used.
