Improvement of Demand Management Process by Implementation of Demand Forecasting Models and Systems

This work is devoted to improving the process of demand management of the company "UNDER ARMOUR RUSSIA", which should help the company to increase profitability, reduce the level of inventory in the warehouse, and prepare the company to open its own retail. To solve this problem, we will analyze the company's existing business processes and their changes, as well as create an IT-tool to support the demand management process based on the Loginom analytical platform.
