Improvement of Order Fulfillment Process on The Example of an FMCG Company

Companies set different goals: expanding their business geographically, strengthening their competitive market position, expanding their product line, etc. The achievement of such achievements allows companies to grow and satisfy the demands of more customers. High-quality fulfillment of the customer’s order and satisfaction of requests is the main task of the business. Objective: to develop recommendations for improving the process of order fulfillment. The structure of work: in the first chapter, an analysis of the economic activities of the company, an analysis of Porter's 5 forces, as well as PEST and SWOT will be carried out. Key indicators will be analyzed, the logistics activities of the company will be considered, and a model "as is" of the order fulfillment process will be built and problem areas highlighted. The second chapter will examine the literature on improving the order fulfillment process, as well as the theoretical side of this topic. After analyzing the information received, an own solution to the problems identified in the first chapter will be formed, and a step-by-step implementation procedure will be demonstrated. The third chapter will present the expected effect of the implementation, as well as prove its economic efficiency. The improvement of the order fulfillment process in this work will be carried out on the example of the FMCG company. The work consists of 97 pages, contains 27 figures, 10 tables, and 1 appendix
