Today, it is extremely difficult for companies to find trained staff in their industries on the labor market. Universities are often unable to keep up with the trends of the outside world and cannot fully model situations that fully reflect the situations trainees face in the real world. Nowadays particular tools are being developed to solve such problems. Such tools are able to improve the trainees’ qualifications and prepare them for working situations. One of these tools is a question-and-response system that simulates client interviewing. This system will be used to improve the ability of the Product manager to communicate with the customer in the development of an IT project for further creating the requirements for the system, which is being developed.
