The final qualification work is written on a topic that is relevant for Russian transport companies, which is confirmed by both the annual growth in the volume of domestic traffic, and the increasing requirements of the end user to the quality of logistics services. The scientific novelty of the final qualifying work lies in the development of a complex approach of solutions for a logistics constituent transport company. The achieved results allow increasing the competitiveness of the company, offering new logistics services and increasing the efficiency of using the company's assets.
