A System of Measures to Form a Positive Image of Mass School of the Sleeping Area of the Metropolis (On the Example of GBOU School No. 2103 in Moscow)

The purpose of the work is to create a model for the formation of a positive external image of the state mass school of the dormitory district of Moscow. The practical significance of the work lies in drawing up an algorithm for assessing the existing image and a roadmap for the formation of a positive image of a mass school. Chapter 1 provides an overview of the concepts, mechanisms for the formation and maintenance of the image of an educational organization, analyzes the existing methods of research and assessment of the school's image. Chapter 2 presents a description of a "mass" school in a residential area, taking into account the characteristics of the capital and a plan for the implementation of a project to form the image of this type of school, an algorithm for analyzing the content and structure of the image of GBOU School No. 2103 in Moscow and a roadmap for the formation of a positive image of a mass school sleeping area of the metropolis based on marketing tools.
