Transformation of Business Model of the "Russian Energy Agency" in the Context of Digitalization of the Energy Sector

The graduate qualification work is based on a research of business transformation process of “Russian Energy Agency” in the context of digitalization of the fuel and energy complex in Russia. As part of the multivariate analysis, the strategic prerequisites for the transformation of the business model from an information and analytical center to a center of competence and transfer of digital technologies in the energy sector were identified. The analysis of business models of foreign energy agencies is carried out, the position of the energy agency as a center for the implementation of the energy transition policy is investigated. Changes to the business model of the Russian Energy Agency as a driver of digital transformation of the fuel and energy complex are proposed.
