ANNOTATION for a master's degree "DESIGNING A PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OF A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION "NIZHNY NOVGOROD DIOCESE OF THE RUSSIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH (MOSCOW PATRIARCHY) "" SAROV ORTHODOX GYMNASIUM NAMED AFTER THE VENERABLE SERAPHIM OF SAROV" completed in the direction of training 38.04.02 - " Management» educational program " Education Management» group 18UO N. V. Turova, E. V. Yershova The problem of further development of Orthodox gymnasium education is considered, and the relevance of the chosen development strategy is noted . A review of the literature on management activities in an educational institution is conducted. Studies of an educational organization are described. On the basis of the conducted research, the directions of development are worked out. On the basis of the work that was carried out, a program for the development of the gymnasium was designed. An action plan for the implementation of the development program was presented. The programs were adjusted and new programs were developed that implement promising areas of the gymnasium's work. All this should lead to the establishment of managerial processes in the educational institution. It would be desirable that this would contribute to the emergence of new sources of funding, which, in turn, will give an incentive for the teaching staff to work in new conditions, will interest the participants in the educational process and, as a result, will improve the quality of education in the gymnasium. These considerations can be useful for the administration of general education institutions that are interested in designing their own development programs.
