The paper poses the problem of designing programs of additional education for the professions of the future (for which professional standards have not been adopted) in the postform period, based on the determination of the necessary and available knowledge, skills and abilities of potential consumers of such programs, and their educational requests that were formed during pandemic to the educational process in general, as well as forms and methods of education. The analysis of approaches to the design of modern educational programs. It is concluded that in order to develop the competencies of the future, universities need to rely on the Atlas of new professions developed by Skolkovo specialists and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, with the involvement of large industry stakeholders, and that the global pandemic has turned the educational process towards online learning - this must be taken into account attention in the design of educational programs. A methodology for designing additional education programs for the professions of the future has been built: a block diagram of work on the creation and implementation of additional education programs has been developed, which includes four interrelated stages; a mechanism for determining the competencies of the future in the professions contained in the Atlas of new professions; a map of the formation of future competencies for conducting a survey of industry stakeholders, etc. The research carried out made it possible to apply in practice the algorithm for designing programs for the professions of the future in the postform period (the program “City-Farmer” was designed), as well as to form recommendations for the design of such programs for teams-developers of educational programs of higher educational institutions.
