"The Right to the City" as a Constitutional and Legal Institution in a Democratic Legal State

The work is devoted to such a constitutional and legal institution as "Right to The City." In this work, the author studies the origins of urbanism, its subsequent transformation and the concept of the "Right to The City". The author points out that today this idea is not only philosophical and sociological, but is also reflected as a legal institution (the first chapter of the work is devoted to this). In the second chapter, the author makes an attempt to create a “Right to The City” as a special, incomparable constitutional and legal institution of law based on the norms of the Constitution of Russia and established judicial practice. Mechanisms of participation in the public environment are also involved. Finally, in the third chapter, the author proposes the further development of the institution of the “Right to The City” by making changes to the current legal regulation.
