The purpose of this study is to determine the behavior of Mongolian investors and within the framework three hypotheses have been made. To test these hypotheses discrete, factor analysis, and SEM evaluations were conducted in the sample of 85 Mongolian investors. Hypotheses from the analysis (1) “Four behavioral factors, such as heuristic, prospective, market, and herding, are found in Mongolian investors”, and (2) “Behavioral factors have a strong influence on Mongolian investors' decision making” have been supported. However, hypothesis (3) “Behavioral factors will have a positive effect on Mongolian investors' investment performance” has been refuted. According to the results of the study, heuristic factors are more prevalent among Mongolian investors, and although investor performance is relatively low in terms of its share, herding and prospective factors have a negative impact. Heuristics, on the other hand, has a relatively positive effect on weight.
