Educational Programme: Jurisprudence (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2021

Within the framework of this thesis, the problems of legal regulation that arise in the process of using the results of intellectual activity in digital reality, namely, the legal relations associated with the creation and use of VR and AR applications, will be researched. The problem of the use of industrial designs and trademarks in such applications will also be considered in the aspect of distinguishing the actions of users and developers in cases of violation of exclusive rights to works, industrial designs and trademarks. The legal aspects of the use of objects of intellectual activity, through which the appearance of the application (design solutions, trademarks) and its functional component (objects of patent law) are protected, are not the subject of this thesis.
