Features of Complicity in Economic Crimes

The goal of the scientific work is to identify the features of complicity in economic crimes. For this, a general description of complicity in economic crimes will be given, the features of the completition of economic crimes in various forms of complicity will be considered, and a characteristic of the responsibility of certain categories of individuals for the completition of economic crimes will be given. The scientific work also analyzes the new edition of the note to article 210 of the Criminal Code. To achieve the goals and objectives set in the work, an analysis of Russian legislation, acts of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, judicial practice of federal courts of general jurisdiction of various constituent entities of the Russian Federation, legal literature is carried out.
