During the last decade, international trade has been developing at a high rate. More and more companies are entering the international arena and among them the number of small and medium-sized businesses is growing. Russia, although it is a major participant in international trade, although has great potential for further increasing exports. The purpose of this research is to study the prospects for Russian non-resource non-energy products within export program, as well as to determine the benefits of entrepreneurs from the implementation of such projects. In the course of the study, the Russian market was analyzed, a regression analysis of 4 main export directions of the agricultural industry was carried out, and the Asian region was studied in detail as a potential export destination. According to the results of the study, the most promising sector of the economy for export is the agricultural sector, the main drivers of which are the meat, fat-and-oil and grain industries. The regression analysis showed that the sale price of products has the greatest effect on exports in all industries, while the hypothesis of the greatest influence of production volumes was rejected. It was revealed that China should be considered as a priority area for export, while Vietnam was chosen in order to diversify the project. The obtained data can be used by companies and government organizations to make forecasts for Russian exports, and the constructed universal strategy will help companies to competently implement export projects.
