The development of venture entrepreneurship is the most important condition for ensuring macroeconomic stability and balanced economic growth. Selecting a venture project that will be profitable is the task of any fund. An important question is which projects are still worth investing in. Which is more efficient, private or public investment. This work is devoted to the study of factors that influence the decision of venture fund managers about whether to invest in a project or not. Analysis of trends in the venture capital market. The constructed logarithmic model proved that there really are such factors that increase the attracted amount of investment, they turned out to be – profit, debt and revenue of the project.
