Year of Graduation: 2021

The aim of this paper is to provide the readers with the research based on the factors, affecting the value of the new contracts leased. The key reason for this research is the fact that the relationship between the factors such as the lease term, advance payment, and the asset’s annual rise in price, and the value of new contracts has not been yet studied fully and is of interest for both the academic field and for the management of the leasing companies (lessors). This aim will be achieved due to the analysis run in the second part of the paper – the analysis of the descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analyses. Finally, it is expected to build a model that will answer the research question of this paper stating the relationship between all the factors mentioned.
