Comparative Analysis of Firms' Growth Models in Russian Telecommunication Industry

The study examines the growth models of the largest players in the Russian telecommunication industry. For this purpose, effective tools are used to determine the company's development vector according to various criteria - the Porter and Ansoff matrices, the Osterwalder canvas, and others. Driving indicators of modern business are also investigated: the volume of investment in innovative technologies, as well as the degree of customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS). The paper also proposes a model of the dependence of the revenue of mobile operators in the Russian market on the volume of investments in the main factors of production and involvement in the development of the necessary competencies for modern IT companies.
