In the current conditions of the banking sector and the trend towards acquiring IT companies, large banks are faced with the need to clearly understand at what stage of development it is more profitable for a bank to build an ecosystem. The purpose of the study is a statistical assessment of the bank's performance. It is related to the acquisition of banking and non-financial companies and assessing the potential risk of reducing the bank's non-interest income as a result of the M&A deal.
