In this dissertation, a study of a company whose activity is the wholesale sale of goods and services in the healthcare segment is conducted. The year 2020 has shown that the preservation and promotion of people's health should be the main priority of the state's domestic policy. Health care consists of two key elements – it is an autonomous large sector of economic activity, which has an impact on the social and political spheres of people's lives, and at the same time, it is a public institution, the level of development of which directly reflects the socio-economic situation in the country. The article analyzes the current methods of optimizing business processes within the framework of horizontal coordination, the algorithm for optimizing the relationship between PRISMA-76 LLC and Bio-Rad LLC and a large foreign supplier, Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics, and based on this, the choice of tools for this solution based on multi-agent systems is made. The best practices of these solutions in companies with similar activities are also presented. The third chapter will analyze the impact of the proposed solutions on the activities of the focus company, as well as analyze the economic component in order to evaluate the solutions.
