It is critical for food companies to control product quality and food safety. Every year, manufacturers are working to improve quality control tools, since incidents related to food quality can immediately cause huge damage to a company, both reputational and financial. Finished products, moving from production to the final consumer, go a long way through many operations - transportation, acceptance to warehouses, intra-warehouse movements, shipment from warehouses. It is quite difficult to manage stocks and be sure of the quality of each unit of goods, but today there are solutions to this problem.
