Development of Interaction Strategy with the Suppliers of Rolling Stock of Railway Passenger Carrier

This paper examines the activities of the national railway passenger carrier of Kazakhstan - JSC "Passenger Transportation". The goals and objectives of the company are considered, in particular, within the framework of improving the processes of fleet management. Due to the high share of the influence of procurement processes on the company's activities, the paper offers recommendations on the implementation of strategies for managing supplier relationships in the context of category management. Possible effects from the implementation of strategies are also identified.
