Digital Transformation of Procurement Function of Metals and Mining Company

The aim of the work is to improve the procurement function through digital transformation of the function and the implementation of digital tools in procurement. The object of research in this work is the procurement function of the focus company, one of the world's largest manufacturer of steel products. In the work, the analysis of the company's competitive environment, analysis of procurement process models, maturity models was conducted, potential digital technologies were identified, a set of digital tools was proposed for implementing an integrated approach for automation of the entire supply cycle in order to bring analytical support of the function. The economic effect of the digital transformation of the supply system was also calculated. The master's dissertation consists of an introduction, a main part (3 chapters), a conclusion and a list of references.
