Improving Procurement Activities on the Example of the Trading and Production Company Good Food LLC

This study was carried out with the aim of selecting and adapting existing practices and approaches that help improve the procurement function of companies and implement them to improve the efficiency of procurement activities of the company in question. The work sets goals of analyzing the activities of Good Food LLC, identifying problems in the supply and, in particular, in the procurement function, analyzing the literature on related topics, as well as finding optimal solutions to the identified problems and the impact of their implementation on the economic performance of the company in question. The results of this work are the most optimal solutions to the problems of companies associated with the low efficiency of the existing procurement function, as well as an assessment of their economic efficiency. Based on the results of this study, the solution found and changes in the organizational structure are recommended for implementation in the analyzed company to improve its economic performance.
