Improving the Supply Process of the Online Marketplace Introducing State Monitoring of the Company's Warehouse Network

The purpose of this work is to search for an IT solution to improve the suppling process of LLC "Internet Solutions", better known as "Ozon Holdings". Restrictions on the study within a particular company - the need to create its own IT solution, which, will not require additional investments for the purchase of licensed software, and will be parameterized to be able to manage the monitoring system. Tasks of work: • Analysis of the economic and logistics activities of the company of financial results • identification of problems in logistics processes of the company • Search and develop the concept of solving identified problem • Technological Development Development • Economic Justification of Development Efficiency Based on the conducted research, the problem of the company's supply process, which leads to warehouse overflow errors, was defined. And an analytics of the well-known solutions of the standard format of the identified problem of the company were carried out. As a result of this work, a concept was developed and a project was implemented to create a tool for monitoring the state of the company's warehouse network. Which made it possible to reduce the risk of errors in the process of supplying the company, which led to an increase in the indicators of the margin of net profit and profitability of equity.
