The purpose of this final qualifying work is inventory management using the decision tree method, taking into account risks, as well as optimization of the organizational structure of Dodo Franchising LLC. The main tasks were the following: assessment of the position of Dodo Franchising LLC in the Russian public catering market, its financial and economic activities.
