The tasks of the WRC include: analysis of the market and supply chains of feed manufacturers; proposed a new methodological approach to integrated planning; approbation of the approach on the example of improving the integrated planning system of a trading and production company, a study of the economic effect of its implementation was carried out. During the analysis of logistics activities, the following problems were identified: inconsistency of the plans of the company's departments, the presence of a problem with the failure to meet customer demand, the presence and growth of indicators of illiquid stock as a percentage of the total stock. The object of the research is the supply chain using the example of feed manufacturers. Scope of activity - production of pet food. In this WRC, the following recommendations were developed: the introduction of a methodology for improving integrated planning, based on the technology "Sales and Operations Planning - S&OP" and "Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment - CPFR", taking into account the specifics of the industry of producers of pet food, the allocation of a project groups of participants in the process and a recommended SCM software platform that takes into account the basic requirements for integrated supply chain planning
