Educational Programme: Information Science and Computation Technology (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2021

The object of the study in the presented work is a multifunctional terminal of a measuring system for measuring various parameters of passive products of the electronic component based on the NI LabVIEW 2018 software environment using the Agilent 4263B instrumentation. During the construction of the complex, the requirements set by the measuring laboratory were analyzed, the errors and shortcomings of the previous measuring systems were evaluated. The tests of this measuring system were carried out, and a list of reports on the work done was formed. The result of the graduation qualification work is measuring system adapted for multifunctional use in a testing laboratory, which is now actively used by testers to conduct screening tests. This system turned out to be ideal for the introduction of automated methods for controlling parameters at the stage of incoming control with large volumes of supplied products of an electronic component base.
