Business Model Fast Fashion: Features of Business Model, Trends, Prospects

The basic concept of Fast Fashion in business is to buy clothes at comparative prices for customers. The production and distribution of fast fashion need quite a fast reply, discussion, and collective decision to catch the market trend. The market demand changes very fast in the Fast fashion business structure. Although the operation process for production and distribution in the fast fashion business is the same but the success of the business depends on various factors which makes the fast fashion business more challenging. Here I will try to discuss and focus on business operation structure, how the companies are working, the problems they are facing as well as their constructive solutions. Hence we need to discuss on academic needs for knowledge sharing for industry analysis. Our main objective is to help to understand fast fashion business model, trends, prospects for future business owners, students; so that they can work efficiently. The dissertation is divided into 3 parts. In the first part, I focused on the theory of fast fashion, how it works, and the terms that are related to understanding fast fashion. In the second part, I analyzed Zara, which is a very successful brand for fast fashion. In this part, I conducted an analysis of Zara's business in the field of fast fashion, structure, work, working methods, marketing, and technological process. In the third part, I talked about global trends, fast fashion demands, future needs, market analysis, and changing customer behavior. Finally, I would like to thank my supervisor ЧИНЁНОВА НАТАЛЬЯ БОРИСОВНА to help me to analyze the topics and supervise my work. I also would like to thanks to my course mates for helping me to find necessary supports whenever needed.
