Evolution of US Anti-Drug Policy in Colombia [1998-2020]

In this final qualifying work, an analysis of bilateral cooperation between Washington and Bogota in the fight against drug trafficking in the territory of the Latin American country was carried out. A comparative analysis of the mechanisms and methods used by the American and Colombian administrations to combat this negative phenomenon was carried out. The work was aimed at studying the evolution of US policy to reduce the production and consumption of illegal substances in Colombia.
